Refund policy

Returns

  • We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. You'll need the receipt / order number. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Also, sale items and or gift cards are non-returnable.  
  • To start a return, you can contact us at hello@stooze.co. Include your order number on the subject line, and let us know which items you'd like to send back.
  • Return postage must be paid for by the customer. Ship back to the following address: 8990 Park W Dr., Suite# B1, Houston, TX 77063.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

  • As with returns, exchanges can be processed within 28 days of delivery for unused items. 
  • Exchanges are not available on items purchased during a sale. 
  • Return postage must be paid for by the customer. Ship back to the following address: 8990 Park W Dr., Suite# B1, Houston, TX 77063.
  • To start an exchange, contact us at hello@stooze.co. Include your order number on the subject line, and let us know which items you'd like to send back and which item you'd like to exchange it for. Item exchanged must be equal or lesser value than original purchased price.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
